1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProductGenie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProductGenie is an AI-powered tool that generates product requirement documents (PRDs) and development packages from user-provided project ideas. The Service uses multiple AI agents to collaboratively produce outputs.

3. Accounts & Credits

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Credits are non-refundable once used for generation
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute generated outputs as a competing service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit. The generated outputs (PRDs, setup guides, flowcharts, etc.) are licensed to you for your use. ProductGenie retains no ownership over your generated content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. ProductGenie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated outputs.

7. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Credit purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures that prevent service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProductGenie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
